Morocco is undergoing rapid modernization and enjoying an increasing standard of living while maintaining much of its ancient architecture and rich traditional customs. Casablanca is the country’s largest city and primary Atlantic Ocean port, a vital industrial and commercial hub. The capital city, Rabat, is just a short distance to the north along the Atlantic coast. Other significant port cities include Tangier, positioned at the Strait of Gibraltar, Agadir along the Atlantic shore, and Al-Hoceima by the Mediterranean Sea. Fès is particularly famous for having some of the finest souks, or open-air markets, in all North Africa. Travelers can delight in exploring the beautiful city of Marrakech .

It was an exciting adventure in the desert near Merzouga with the floods. Mohammed very skill fully got us out of the flood area and provided us with an unforgettable further trip. Thank you. Giuliana P2024-08-14Verified Trip of a Life Time!!! This trip was AMAZING and worth every penny. This review is unfortunately months late, I thought I had written one but it apparently never posted!!! My husband and I went on this trip for our 30th birthday and we loved every minute. We did 11 days in Morocco and saw so much of the country. Highlights for us were the Mosque in Casablanca which everyone should go to. The tannery in Fez which was a life long dream for me to see! The bike ride and farm to table lunch and bread making outside of Fez which was delicious and so cool to see outside of the big city. Seeing Roman ruins and learning about how far that Empire stretched. Going into the Sahara Desert - there was truly nothing like it and I wish I had another night there. Finally, Marrakech, which was our longest stop for good reason - we actively talk about going back to Marrakech in the future to just have more time to explore all the food was incredible and the people that we met were hospitable and so so kind. We Especially liked touring the market, the private Hamam we shared, and adored Al Fassia, a fully Woman owned restaurant and one of the best meals we had.Achemal Ali was our guide - he was the absolute best. He had a working knowledge of so many additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) in addition to English and his native languages. He obviously was a good driver and got us everywhere safe but a few things in particular stood out. 1. He took us to places off the beaten path, small hole in the wall places, and new experiences that we would not have had otherwise 2. If we were interested in something he know the best places to go (tanneries, pottery, argon oil, spices and more). 3. I had a seam pop on a leather jacket I bought in Fez and he made sure to find a place in Marrakech to get it fixed (I wear that jacket all the time!). 4. I got sick one day and got heat stroke and he went and got me a thermometer and checked in on us multiple times to make sure I was okay. He also sent us home with special Moroccan cookies that we shared with my family!! He was a great guide. My recommendations are as follows: There is a lot of walking on uneven ground, and the heat is intense especially for people from North America who are not used to covering up in the heat. I would recommend light linen pants for both men and women, and women to keep at least a thick strap on your tops or have a shawl handy. As for the country side excursion, I take a spin class for an hour 5 times a week back in the states and ride my bike outside frequently, but the country bike ride was humbling. I had to get off and PUSH my bike because I was not used to the heat. Also, ants are a thing, if you leave any food out or step in something sweet they will find you. The hotels are aware and they are VERY quick and efficient in cleaning them up, not a problem at all just something to be aware of. All that said, none of this should stop you - just know what you re capable of, communicate with your driver/hotels and they will absolutely take care of you. This trip was the trip of a life time, I am truly embarrassed that my first attempt at this review never posted and hope to make up for it now. The delay is in no way a reflection of the company and I would absolutely use them again. BLT_2Go2023-10-05Verified Amazing 14d tour of Morocco Our 14d vacation started in Casablanca, and took us to Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fez, Erfoud, Merzouga, Ouarzazate, Marrakech, Essouira and back to Casablanca. Our private driver was Said who made the trip memorable for us. He was kind, friendly, and always willing to share his knowledge about the different areas and local customs. He was very eager to share every aspect of the Moroccan people and their customs, and didnt mind all the questions we peppered him with. He helped checking in and out of riads and hotels a smooth process, and went above and beyond to help make the trip memorable for us.
